The Third member Rule in a Nutshell: Every third member anyone signs up is given to the next team
member in their team who hasn't qualified yet, or if all are qualified members, then it is given to a
more active member of the team. This both helps new members and rewards the active members.
(To receive 3rd member referrals beyond your first 2, you must have at least one new paid
referral in the previous month.)
Remember, you can advertise in a variety of ways, word of mouth, off-line Ads, Biz cards, on-
line ads in TE's, Email signatures w/o spamming, etc.

Now let's see it graphically:

Melissa recruits Robert and Anna
Robert  recruits Melvin and Chauncy
Melissa then recruits Mary. Since Mary is her third recruit, Mary is assigned to Robert
Melissa is really sharp and recruits Mike and Joan and Alisson. Alisson is another third
recruit of Melissa's so she is assigned to Anna. Robert recruits
Thomas, who is his
third recruit.
Thomas
is assigned to Melvin's Team.
Since each Bronze member earns $5/month per Bronze team member, Melissa is now
getting $20/month, Robert is earning $15/month and Anna and Melvin
are each earning
$5/month w/o recruiting anyone themselves.

At this point the teams look like this:
Melissa's Team .... Robert's Team ... Anna's Team....Melvin's Team... ETC.====>
Robert               .... Melvin                  ... Alisson            ... Thomas
Anna                  .... Chauncey
Mike                    ...  Mary
Joan
As each team member recruits, they are helping themselves and their teammates.
Remember, when a Bronze member has at least 7 Bronze members, they can become a
Silver member and start earning $40 commissions while still earning from their Bronze members.
How the above scenario benefits you. If you are Robert, you received Mary on
your team from Melissa's work, not your own. You will now benefit from Mary's
work in the following way. You will continue receiving $5/month as long as she
remains a Bronze member, then you will add $40 to that $5 when she becomes a
silver member (as long as you become a silver member), add $100/month to that
when she becomes a Gold member (once you are a Gold member). You are now
receiving $145/month from Mary when you did nothing to recruit her. Multiply
this scenario for each of your team members.
Caveat: If you don't recruit, you may not receive members from your team leader after your first 2
to qualify to have your membership fees paid from your commissions, because after the first 2 ,
it is based on your activity. If you don't recruit, you will still receive $10/month, minus your bronze
member fee, from your qualifying 2 members as long as you remain a member.
