Steel members join free with very limited member activity.

Free members can only promote the Special Social Network, they cannot access the Social
or Biz Registers.

With 3 paid referrals, Steel Members are promoted to Bronze membership with their third
paid referral becoming their first Bronze Member.

The Steel member's first paid referral is assigned to your sponsor's team and the second
paid referral is treated the same as the sponsor's third referral and assigned to one of the
sponsor's team members.

This rule works for you too, when your Steel  referrals recruit paid members, they are assigned to you and your team.
